New Clients: Once you have booked a reservation, we will set up a "meet and greet". This is a visit where the pet sitter comes to your house to meet you and your pet(s) and to get instructions on pet care. The visit lasts approximately 1 hour. There is no charge for this visit.

Pet Sitting: This is a wonderful alternative to boarding. Your pets remains in the comfort of their own home. A member of our staff will visit your home each day to care for them. We offer pet sitting for dogs, cats, hamsters, gerbils, etc. A standard 30 minute visit includes a walk for dogs, feeding, fresh water, cleaning the litter box for cats, administering medication if needed. In addition, we will water your plants, set out/take in garbage cans, recycling, rotate lights, etc., to give your home the "lived in look" while you are away. These visits typically occur before 10am and after 4pm. You may specify a preferred 2 hour window. Dogs will require at least two visits per day, no more than 12 hours spaced apart, ideally a third, mid-day walk will also be selected. Cats and other critters generally need only one visit per day.

Private Boarding: We offer private boarding to dogs that are "socialized". You bring your pet to one of our sitters homes where they will enjoy their own vacation at one of our locations. The animals are caged only during feeding situations when multiple pets are at the same location. Please submit a request for this service as different homes/requirements call for different costs. You will be required to bring your own food for your pet. If you do not bring your own food, you will be charged $2.00 per day for food. We offer private boarding to all pets, but please book in advance for this service, as it does tend to fill up fast...especially for the holidays. Overnight Boarding in Your Home: This is an elite service where a member of our staff spends the night at your home. This service includes an evening pet sit (walk, feed, etc.), a potty break before "lights out", and another morning pet sit before leaving the following morning. The pet sitter will arrive at your home after 6pm, and leave by 8am. You can also book a mid-day walk in connection with this service. Again, this type of boarding may not be available at all times due to staffing demands.

For households with 2 animals, there may be an additional fee depending on the type of animal and the needs of the animals. For instance, a household with 2 dogs would generally require an additional fee of $10 for the second dog as walking is required and the care is more extensive. We do not want to rush a visit when there are multiple pets in one home. Each pet needs and will receive one-on-one care and attention. We want to provide the best service possible, and this requires extra time for more than one animal.

PET PICK-UP/DELIVERY
We do not normally offer pick-up or delivery. However, in times of emergency we will do what we can to help you get your pet to their destination. Cost for this service is based on mileage for the sitter. The minimum cost for this service is $10.00.
